Pierluigi Troncatti
Born in 1958 in Brescia; he hold a degree in Political Economy.
Since 1982 to 1984 he is a researcher at the Department of Economics of the Cattolica University of Milano.
In 1987 he joins EniChem, taking part to the merge with Montedison in 1988.
In 1991 he moves to consulting in Accenture, becoming Partner in the year 2000 and working in the Oil & Gas and Telecom & Media sectors. His project activity mainly focuses on Strategy, Organization and Change Management, through projects developed for major clients (Enel, Eni, Agip Petroli, Italgas, ACEA, Shell, INA, BLN, etc.).
In 2002 he founds Axteria, operating as Managing Partner till 2006.

Enrico Terenzoni
Born in 1961 in Genova, after a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, he starts working for Organisation Departments of EniChem (Chemical brench of ENI Group) and Magneti Marelli (FIAT Group).
In 1992, after six years with the two Companies, he jumps to Management Consultancy, joining first Roland Berger and then Deloitte Consulting, managing international projects mainly in the Automotive, Industrial Equipments and Appliances industries.
In 1997 he joined Accenture as Partner, responsible of the Strategy Division for the Market Unit Products, still working at international level in the Automotive sector and other industries.
In 2003 he creates Axteria Strategy Consultants in cooperation with some partners from Accenture; he is now the CEO of Axteria.
He is also professor of Strategy and Organization at the Politecnico of Torino (master in e-Business course), Viadrina – Frankfurt Oder University (MBA) and CUOA (Master in Public Administration).

Pierlamberto Capra
Born in 1961 in Ravenna, he graduates in Mechanical Engineer at Politecnico University of Milano in 1986.
He starts working in Galgano & Associati (Consulting Company focused in Total Quality and Performance Improvement); after few years, he joins Accenture, working initially in the telecommunication sector and later in the Oil & Gas sector, becoming Associate Partner in this field.
In 2002 he was a co-founder of Axteria where he is Partner; he focuses on Energy, Utilities and Waste Management Companies.
He is board member of several Companies and author of articles on Utilities.
