The professional roles within Axteria are represented by five levels:
- Analyst: it is the entry level of a Junior resource who is usually given analysis and support tasks within a team
- Consultant: it is the consultant who participates in the project and carries out analysis and summary activities
- Senior Consultant: it is the consultant who is given specific project responsibilities on the basis of his seniority
- Manager: it is the consultant who is given responsibility for highly complex projects
- Director: it is the consultant with consolidated experience in managing projects and with business development responsibilities

Each professional role is given objectives in terms of:
- Values: moral integrity and initiative, motivations and orientation towards results
- Industry practice knowledge: vision and strategic orientation, Industry value added insights
- Consulting skills: mastery of “core consulting” skills, project delivery quality
- Leadership: ability to manage priorities, autonomous management of project streams or stages
- Business development: ability to interpret clients’ dynamics, proactiveness in identifying and proposing potential development initiatives
- Internal processes: timing application of internal procedures, contribution to the improvement of said processes
